I was looking for good therapist to help me with anxiety and panic attacks and relationship issues. I tried several different therapists but no one was a good as Eliza. She helped me quite a lot: we practiced exercises to deal with panic attacks and social anxiety. I am noticing so much improvement; very impressed with progress in such short time. I highly recommend this mental health practice.
