I came in a couple minutes late but was still sat immediately for my appointment. I asked for some slightly complicated designs as shown on Pinterest but Hannah did amazing and made sure to affirm throughout the appointment that she was doing exactly what I wanted. The prices for the nails are fair and extremely forgiving considering some other places I’ve encountered with less reviews/positive reviews. I called and asked if they had any availability for an pedicure today, spoke with someone who told me to come at 4! It was 3:53 and I live under the Narrows. I got to the salon at 4:07. Once I was able to check in I was told I could only get a basic pedicure. Once I said I wanted the luxury pedicure I was told they didnt have enough time to do that so I left. Vi was very thorough when doing my mani/pedi. Very concerned if I was happy with color and services. She was very sweet.

Booking process is easy and nail products that they use are good quality. Bad technique from the technicians. I had to correct him multiple times while he was working on my nails. Pedicure only lasted 2 days and paint started chipping. I have bad ring of fire from bad use of e file.
