I was very disappointed with my experience here. I left the salon with several cuts around my nails after the nail technician nicked my skin and fingers with the drill tool. She never apologized for any of the injuries. What concerned me even more was that, when there was blood, she used her nail brush to wipe it away, which raised serious concerns for me about proper bloodborne pathogen precautions and sanitation. I didn’t have to wait, but I also got there at opening. Only took my nail tech 45 minutes to do French tip on acrylic with a little design. Only probably was it seemed really expensive for what I got. It’s a good salon with a good atmosphere but I probably would go somewhere else next time to get a better deal.

Before I came in I looked on the website for the price of a fill and a full set, I considered that both of the sets would have french tips and chrome so they would be a more. At most it would've been close to $100. I was charged $125 which seemed to be way more than what is listed on the website. At first the fill was only $35 and the full set was $65, so it should've been $100 without a tip. The lady was rude when I asked her nicely to fix the french tip because it was too high for my liking. I will not be coming back
