Great owner. Very skilled! Super customer support. Works with you to schedule ehen you need. Clean and professional & the staff is friendly. Nails looked amazing when she was done. Polite as can be! Priced well. I travel 50 miles just to go here when many others are closer. That should tell you something! I would recommend you go see for yourself!!! 5 stars from me!
I am very upset with my experience today. I shared a photo of the design I wanted and specifically asked for a nude base before we even started. Not only was the reindeer done on white instead of nude, but the tech also started putting the design on the wrong finger and didn’t believe me until she pulled up the picture on her phone. I also asked for square nails with rounded corners since I have kids. The acrylic was uneven—rounded on top in a way it shouldn’t be, and she still did not round the corners like I requested.
