To the surgeon hi doctor my name isSurujdai Noushad I visit you for a follow up on my broken ankle, you give me a refill of therapy three times a week, when I submit it to the therapist doctor on Jamaica avenue, I was waiting for answer from them , up to this morning I didn’t get no answer I decide to call the doctor office, now telling me that I have to get an authorization from the doctor before they can start the therapy, hopefully you get my email so they can start the therapy as soon as possible thank you

They barely acknowledged me and rushed me in and out of the office. They're always able to answer simple questions over the phone. They only make me schedule appointments if necessary. Every time I'm put on hold here I have to wait quite a while for them to get back to the call. Although I have had to wait longer at other places, I was still pretty unimpressed with their phone etiquette. I was pretty surprised with how far away this business was from everything.
