Only if you have a whole day to waste, then come...even if you have appointment you sit for hours in pain...they don't care about time...for a 12:00 appointment you have to come two hours before and will probably be seen within two hours after your schedule time if you're luck...wish they can be respectful and mindful of how precious time is for everyone and stick to it
The waiting room and bathroom was filthy and the facility looked like the back of someone’s garage. The only positive was the staff. They were friendly and respectful and I feel bad for them that they have to work in a dump.
Wish I could give a zero. Do not ever go to island muscular skeletal care in valley stream!!! I had to wait over an hour before I walked out!!! Lady said there was still 2 people before me!! I asked if there was always a long wait she said yes!!! This is not how you treat patients!! Yes good care takes rime but then you just don’t book so many patients!!!
Went to this place in Patchogue, even after seeing all of the bad reviews online. My son was given an X-Ray, told that his foot might be broken, given a prescription for a boot and told that he needed an MRI to confirm. After waiting a week or so for the approval, I called back and was told that "it takes at least a week for his dictation to even be translated." I need to find another Place the parking suck if you know that you get so many patience make a bigger parking place the wait time suck friendly not what so ever
