Every part of my experience here was awful. It’s completely rundown, I left 8 messages and finally had to show up in person to get a response, I then had a terrible time with billing.
every time i go here there's an issue. you make an appointment on Zocdoc, they say it's not accurate and cancel it. i've been trying to renew my prescription, that they gave me, and no one answered the phone or called me back. ridiculous
The office is like a pig house, the toilet doesn't work, the staff of Dr. Stephen Wade is on the phone with his relatives. So patients wait for their turn for at least two hours. I will never go to this office again.
