Great staff, and physician care. Dr Wade is fantastic he’s really helpful and caring. Stephanie goes above and beyond, and is incredibly helpful.
waited hours to be seen. new patient visit and I saw the doctor less than 7 minutes. I timed it in my phone because I just KNEW that's what was going to happen. basically just getting paid for nothing. place is RUN DOWN. staff at the desk is rude and is the place is busy, the parking lot is a hell hole. honestly, there hasn't been anything good about this place yet for me. I'll be looking for somewhere new.
The Doctor never listen to me so had me going to physical therapy which was zoo everyone got told you to do exercises showed them to but didn't really stay near by until you knew what you doing. They didn't help at all. Called a doctor from an accident I had years ago,first thing was an MRI found that I had a torn rotator cuff. Probably they made worse switched And I haven't had pain since he fixed it .
I take my momm to this clinic,my appointment was 11:am , I was went 30 minutes before & they call me 12:15pm and these duration I just make sure my time frame, like how many more waiting time, then one of Spanish speaking receptionist which was on middle computer, she said if u don’t want wait then u can leave this office, I ask nicely to make sure the waiting time , because I was re schedule my job time.and inside in the building smoking smell , it’s so ridiculous.
