The Doctor never listen to me so had me going to physical therapy which was zoo everyone got told you to do exercises showed them to but didn't really stay near by until you knew what you doing. They didn't help at all. Called a doctor from an accident I had years ago,first thing was an MRI found that I had a torn rotator cuff. Probably they made worse switched And I haven't had pain since he fixed it .
I take my momm to this clinic,my appointment was 11:am , I was went 30 minutes before & they call me 12:15pm and these duration I just make sure my time frame, like how many more waiting time, then one of Spanish speaking receptionist which was on middle computer, she said if u don’t want wait then u can leave this office, I ask nicely to make sure the waiting time , because I was re schedule my job time.and inside in the building smoking smell , it’s so ridiculous.
So happy to be a patient of Dr Katsigiorgus.Great Doctor& Staff is great as Well.I will definitely recommend this Office for your Orthopedic Needs.
Every part of my experience here was awful. It’s completely rundown, I left 8 messages and finally had to show up in person to get a response, I then had a terrible time with billing.
