I bought a 2020 Mazda 3 hatchback from Westcott Mazda in ************* and the entire process was efficient and quick. I enjoyed the sales experience and *** never said that before!Amazing customer service! They helped me from the moment I stepped in. Associates were very thoughtful and attentive. After purchasing my vehicle from The Riverside Mazda Auto Dealership. *** had to return it multiple times for recalls and I still have the same problem. The car literally turns off while in driving motion, steering wheel also locks. My family almost died in this vehicle Twice! Own a vehicle that is affected by a class action lawsuit to which Mazda agreed on free repairs on all cars affected. Service manager insisted for another oil change with monitoring and refused to honor the agreement because the settlement doesnt match an outdated TSB he was using as a guideline. BEWARE! I first walked in and was ignored by all staff, including management for about an hour, but I really wanted THIS car, so i waved off the red flag. I finally bought the car and didnt and it had issues the next day. I was advised to take it to a ****** Dealer, and then left with the bill for the diag fees and an estimate totaling over $3,000. They need to service the used vehicle better my wife bought a 2020 Honda pilot from Riverside Honda and 5/25/24 I took the vehicle to get service at *********** Honda for recall after the fix the problem they told me that I need service my throttle body,brake fluid transmission fluid and coolant service we just bought this vehicle 7 months ago what's up with that.

My 2020 Jaguar ****** has been in the hands of the dealership (Rudolph Mazda, *******, *****) since March 5th, 2024. The dealership initially said I needed a new water pump at the cost of $2100 (which I feel I did not need. I feel the car was misdiagnosed and I was overcharged). I contacted Riverside Mazda after a very poor experience at Carnivaleway Mazda in Corona. And I can't even begin to express what amazing service we got from the minute I called and talked to ****, til she transfered me to **** and he delivered my new car. He truly went over and above to really make our car buying experience easy, quick and stress free. My husband and I leased a truck a few years ago. Loved the truck and the experience. We went back to Riverside Nissan for a new lease on a new truck two months. We were told not to worry about the overage in miles because they would "cover it" as we were getting a new lease with them, not with another dealership/automaker.
