Car was brought in for inspection and occasional brake light knowing brake inspection is part of New York State inspection. Was charged for additional brake inspection with no brake work done what so ever. Will be filing formal complaint with DMV and Mazda corporate

WORST CAR EXPERIENCE EVER!!! Quincee is a LIAR. They appraised and offered over 17K for my Tesla Model S. I got to the location and they low balled me at just over $13k. Wasted an entire morning with them. They claim it was due to my carfax report which they had full access to for several weeks now. NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THEM. THEY ARE LIARS!!!!

A misleading experience with significant financial loss and no proper support. I cannot recommend Horne Mazda to anyone.The dealerships sales approach appeared to guide customers primarily toward the option they preferred to sell, rather than presenting all choices transparently. I am filing this complaint against Westcott Mazda of ************* (located at *******************************************). The dealership advertised a used car on CarGurus for $25,995. However, when I sat down to finalize paperwork after a scheduled appointment, they added an undisclosed $995 charge for additional features.When I objected, they stated they would only remove the $995 if I agreed to purchase a $3,200 extended warranty. I bought a used ***, they displayed a different *** online and once I got there they said that is a generic advertisement which is a falsification of the actual vehicle. I agreed to purchase the vehicle that they showed me and they said that they will have a ***********************************************************What a lye. I asked to see the report and they keep dragging. I purchased a 2022 Genesis from Norm R***** Genesis in Irving on December 19, 2024. The sales process was not good. I felt so pressured to buy an extended warranty that I threatened to leave in order for them to take the no thank you I had said 30 minutes earlier. Now for the service after the sale. The day after the sale the service due light came on. December 20th I had to drive 30 miles for them to look at the car and determine why the light would come on the day after the purchase. This was absolutely the worst car buying experience I have ever had (10th vehicle purchase). After leaving a deposit on a vehicle and setting a delivery date, the car was sold out from beneath us. To remedy the issue, a replacement vehicle was ordered with a proposed new delivery 3 weeks beyond originally date. It took over 3 months until we finally took delivery! I purchased a pre-owned ***************** from this dealership. ***** the sales *** assured BOTH myself and my husband that the vehicle had been inspected in depth. I had specifically asked about the drivetrain and was told the car was inspected in depth and had no apparent issues. Fast forward 5 days- its at the mechanic after it stopped shifting gears, and surprise, it needs a new transmission. Brought my pre-own Mazda 3 carbon edition 2022 for 26k like the online advertisement back in 2/2/2023. *** was the salesman that helped me. I made an appointment just for the test drive for day 1. *** let me test drive the car, and he didn't run through my credit. I ask a few questions after the test drive and left shortly after.
