Freshest seafood !!! It was delicious. Shrimp cocktail and the seafood sampler and the Italian dressing. Yum !!!
Food was great, service was excellent. It was our first visit and I will definitely recommend Island Italian to all my friends.
Did not expect exceptional italian food on the Island. Portions large and tasted sooo good. My wife commented that the sauce on her dish- veal parm- was home made. Our server, Vanessa, was also exceptional! And they deliver!
My mom and I stopped in to eat dinner here during our short vacation! It was wonderful from the decor to the food! The food was great and the service was super friendly!! Tony was awesome and very helpful in picking out the perfect dishes!
This is our go-to place as soon as we hit the island. We like the caesar salad loaded with shrimp and thin crust supreme pizza. If you are the type that thinks only the the big corporate chain pizza/Italian restaurants are it....I wouldn't go to Island Italian, because they are a family owned restaurant that prepares and serves great homemade food. Ottima gente, ottimo servizio, ottimo cibo all'isola italiana
Great gluten free pizza! Our waiter was really nice. He even took our family photo. Service got slow, I think he was in the weeds. But this feels like a great, friendly, port A family owned joint for good Italian if you have the time or a gluten free friend to impress.
