I hired this company to do a due diligence inspection before my deposit went hard on a condo unit in AIP. The report showed laziness, and unprofessionalism to a degree I haven't seen in almost 40 years of dealing in real-estate. On example: Bulb burnt out. No effort to unscrew bulb to test socket. The report was so full of qualifications regarding their liability you might as well walk through yourself. I would never recommend them. Over looking several things, came over to check things that was over looked was rude, and I asked him to leave, he spoke to me unladylike, would avoid this inspector. Unprofessional and made poor excuses for all things missed.

I need to commend Darrell Williams for his complete, satisfactory home inspection for a home I'm interested in purchasing in Yulee, FL. Very reasonable rate, thorough inspection performed at 9am, I received his report by 7pm the very same day. Highly recommended, wonderful job Darrell, thank you!
