The board runs it like a dictatorship and the shareholders have no vote on important matters such as buying Island in the Sun Realty office/house for double its worth. No vote on speed bumps. House on the market for two months didn’t show once. Agent always on vacation. Tricked us into six month contract and she is the most expensive asking for 4 percent when we had a national agency asking 3 percent.
Terrible agent that's working to sell our home home has not been Shown the first time.
