September 2023, put a deposit on a FL5 Civic Type R. Was told there was no other deposits or buyers in line. Each time I checked in my sales guy didnt appear to remember dealing with me. About 6 months ago he told me that Honda had awarded the dealership a car. Long story short, when the car came I was some how magically 3rd in line. Larry and I were totally pleased with the service we received from the Island Honda. We never felt a "push" from our sales person Peter Mallany, who made sure I got a good cup of coffee, after a day of purchase details. The service we received when we had to go back and get a lesson on some of the new to us items on the car was both kind and quick. True customer service is an art, and Island Honda is a leader in it, Thank you
Genuinely above and beyond experience with the service department. We rolled in 15 minutes early for our appointment and they welcomed us right away. The new tires we ordered were already mounted and balanced, ready to bolt on. Job was done very quickly, they literally washed the car and vacuumed and even wiped the floor mats! After all that, we actually were invoiced less than originally quoted.
