I popped in unexpectedly at the dealership, inquiring about serpentine belts as mine had cracks in it. The team in the service department were friendly, very approachable and extremely accommodating. They listened to my concerns, looked up parts and walked me through the process of figuring out my car problem. I ended up booking an appointment and luckily got in that afternoon! Called to inquire about a vehicle on the lot that was available. Took all my info down . No call or text or email back tried contacting again no response . Poor communication will not recommend or deal with again unfortunately
