I recently had an awful experience with this dealership, particularly with a salesperson named Peter. During a phone inquiry about a vehicle, Peter became incredibly argumentative. Instead of answering my questions, he was confrontational and rude. What was most disturbing was how he resorted to personal remarks, which were completely unprofessional and uncalled for. The service advisor - Mr. Ian Blaikie is equivalent to a 5-star reception you'd get at a hotel. They are beyond friendly, professional, and patient. Even with a minor snag that was beyond Island Honda's control, Mr. Blaikie followed up personally and provided solutions.
We were very happy with the excellent customer service we received in buying our gorgeous Santa Cruz truck. Our salesman Peter Mallany even drove the truck from Courtney to Nanaimo for us and delivered our trade back to the dealership. The manager Tal Evans was always available to answer questions and help make the purchasing experience easy and stress free. I highly recommend them!
Had a great appt. Nice lady Gail was awesome. They washed and vacuumed my car. What a nice surprise. I love my Honda, why take it anywhere else.
