My mom was only there for 2 days, she came in from the hospital on hospice and everyone from admitting to nurses to CNAs to the kitchen crew were awesome. They took such great care of my mom and made sure that I was comfortable, as well. I am so glad that Island Home had an opening on such short notice. I will forever be grateful for their kindness, love and hospitality.
Everyone is super nice. The food is good. The nurses, CNA's all are caring. I even get my hair done every week.
I'm not sure why rating is so low. My mom has been here for 1.5-2yrs now. Everyone is very kind, they always update & call if anything out of the ordinary is going on. They've taken great care if my mom so far. I'm very pleased with the facility & staff.
