We visit Island Grill every year for their tuna nachos which are awesome. During our last visit over Memorial day weekend we had diner there and the service was horrible. It took over an hour to get our food and that is only after repeatedly asking the server where our food was. We love this place but after our last visit I don't think we will ever go back. Worst customer service I've ever experienced. Management backed his employee when we complained that it took our party almost 2 hours from arriving to order, eat, and receive our bill. Food was edible once we finally received it but nothing special.
Tuna Nachos are where it's at. Good views, great staff, great food.
