I took my 11-year old daughter to get a Henna Tattoo with her cousins, only to find that the shop is not wheelchair accessible. Upon asking the clerk about getting her in she stated, “The owner has decided not to make the building accessible.” So, now my daughter misses out on the opportunity to have fun with her cousins because the owner doesn’t want to spend a few extra dollars so all can enjoy. Not ok!!! 😡😡

I got my tongue pierced here during my spring break trip and the piercer stabbed through my tongue and in the process of putting the jewelry in she stabbed the needle into my chin and didn’t even notice till I started panicking. She then pulled the entire needle out without putting my jewelry in and then had to shove the jewelry through my tongue which was INCREDIBLY painful! She never once said anything about stabbing me and made my entire piercing experience the extremely painful and uncomfortable.
