The food was great! The staff was very friendly. They made our food pretty quick. We had a line of 6 people at the school, and we all got it in about 15 minutes, and it was very hot and fresh. I would come here again; Fry's were very good and the pasta was good also. Jerk chicken was alright not that jerky.
My son and his friends were outside playing football and soccer at our apartment . They were set up by our clubhouse and gave the kids free food and told us how polite the kids were . We of course purchased some food if our own: it was amazing ! Will definitely be back ! Thanks yall!

Island Frydays catered our high school seniors last day of school outdoor party. They brought the complete Caribbean feel to our school. The food was outstanding- fresh, delicious and flavorful. The whole vibe was amazing. The seniors loved every moment of it. My favorite was the jerk chicken and rum cake. This is the perfect food truck for any party. And the bonus is the most nicest people run it. Thank you Island Frydays. You made our seniors very happy.
Island Frydays came to Lakeland First Friday and I’m so glad they did. I got the oxtails, rice and peas and Mac and cheese. Everything was so delicious. Excellent flavors and the oxtail was super tender. Absolutely worth it and need to go back asap- I can’t wait to try everything else they have.
