Dr Pham is very knowledgeable. He helped me with my arthritic foot pain. I highly recommend him
Be aware of hidden costs, long wait times, no accountability for low quality orthotics that they charge a fortune for...and rude staff (Debbie in my case). After seen in June 17th, and was advised that I will receive my orthotics in 4 to 6 weeks, and that doctor will check the fitting and do a consultation at the time of picking up. I just got charged $ 625.00 for an ingrown toenail plus they charged $85.00 for seeing the Dr. Kinda double dipping there no after care at all. I talked to my sister who went to Achilles foot care and she was charged $425.00 with an aftercare appointment also. So $710.00 here or 425.00 with aftercare in Guildford. I will be driving to Guildford from now on
Just called to book an appointment in South Surrey. The receptionist from the Kelowna location that answered the phone. Was extremely miserable. I spent 25min on hold waiting for someone to answer. My guess is they just want you to leave a message so they can have your information and call you back at they're convenience. Heads up folks. You're running a private buisness. The podiatrist spent 5 minutes diagnosing a very minor issue and 10 minutes trying to sell me 699.00 orthotics, his spiel sounding very rehearsed. I've seen a different podiatrist at a different clinic and he did a full foot exam, never once mentioning I needed orthotics. Avoid, avoid, avoid.
