I took a client to Island Foot Clinic in Penticton. First, we waited for 1 hour and 55 minutes past our scheduled appointment. Then the podiatrist used plain toenail clippers on the thickened nails (affected by fungus) and called it a day! I said this was unacceptable, as I had taken my mother to another clinic in Kelowna, where she received great care for her thickened toenails. Do not go here. Drive to Kelowna! If I could have given the clinic a star rating of zero, I would have.
