This clinic, while passable, was focused more on money than care. Dr. Shah spent a very brief time looking at the information sheet I filled out, asked a couple questions, pulled out his tablet and took an image of my feet for a pair of very expensive inserts. There were no discussions of the condition, exercises, recommendations other than the inserts, how long the inserts are required and/or aftercare. I took a client to Island Foot Clinic in Penticton. First, we waited for 1 hour and 55 minutes past our scheduled appointment. Then the podiatrist used plain toenail clippers on the thickened nails (affected by fungus) and called it a day! I said this was unacceptable, as I had taken my mother to another clinic in Kelowna, where she received great care for her thickened toenails. Do not go here. Drive to Kelowna! If I could have given the clinic a star rating of zero, I would have.
