When I met with Dr Shah he listened to my situation for about 10 minutes and then took a picture of the bottom of my feet.$600.00 dollars later plus the office fee I waited 4 weeks for the orthotics. Not sure why as they were this flimsy material with a harder plastic heel stapled together. When I picked them up I expected to meet with Dr Shah but instead it was his assistant. Dr Shah’s helped so much with my feet. For years I’d believed warts were giving me tonnes of pain. Tried every DIY solution possible. Dr Shah discovered they were just several deep, tough callouses. He removed them all. Now, my feet feel better than they have in years. Thank you!
Would not recommend this clinic at all. If you're looking for orthotics, get a prescription from your family doctor and see Mark Healy at Dynamic Orthotics. $100 cheaper, made on site customized to your foot, and way better customer experience.
Dr. Shah asked me a few questions… 15 minutes later foot pain that I had for 5 years was gone. Super efficient and a very helpful nurse. Thanks so much.
I appreciate Dr Shah’s help with my toe but his office manager was one of the rudest persons I have dealt with. I asked for a rax receipt which every other professional has given me within two minutes. I was rudely informed the office was much too busy to print off receipts and it would take ten business days to send it. Yes, I realize I should have kept my receipts but the attitude of the business manager was totally unacceptable.
