Like Amber, I tried to book an appointment in Chilliwack at the beginning of 2022, only to be told the clinic wasn't open - the website and a couple of reviews indicated it was - that's misleading advertising. Abbotsford's way further for me and I had good session with Dr Phan but was appalled to find orthotics priced at $650. No follow up service provided at all. was quite disappointed to phone for an appointment after reading these reviews and finding out that they cannot be accurate as I was told the clinic is not yet open in Chilliwack and will not be open until mid October, once open podiatrist will only be there once a week i can only imagine how long the wait list will be. I am having a hard time understanding how people are posting reviews for a place that isn't even open yet.
Easy to get to location, lots of free parking. The doctor was on time (only had to wait 10 minutes) and really helped my son who has suffered from foot pain for years. We had seen several other doctors but they could never tell us what the cause was (just gave us drugs to help the pain). Once you know what's causing the pain, then the Doctors at Island foot Clinics gave us a treatment plan with achievable goals and outcomes. Very impressed.
I recommended The Foot Institute to my Uncle, in Chillawack. He was so impressed, I got a gift card! Thank you for your fantastic work.
