I never post reviews but this was a disturbing and unprofessional practice. It's been weeks since we've been there but it's bothered us and we believe patients should be aware. My wife and I were here for her to have an evaluation. We waited nearly 40 minutes for her to be seen and we are very glad we did. In the small waiting area, we listened to the women who work there talking poorly about a patient. Dr. Overley used to be an attentive, skilled surgeon — someone I trusted for multiple procedures. But something has clearly changed. When complications arose, he became unreachable and stopped responding entirely. I asked for help, and was ignored. Instead of follow-up care, I received blame-shifting and silence. Dr. Overley was attentive and caring before, during, and after my surgery. He was available to answer all of my questions before and after my procedure. He has a "hands on" approach and really cares about his patients. I would highly recommend him to anyone having foot or ankle problems.

There are no words to express my immense gratitude to Dr. Overley for all he has done. A year ago, in complete exasperation and with no expectations, I made an appointment to see him and that's where my future suddenly became bright again.
