I've had to bring my car into Island Fender more times than I have would liked to bur everytime I have dealt with them, they have always been very courteous and professional. They keep me up to date on progress and do a great job!
I visited Island Fender for an estimate and had a great experience with Matt. As a first-time customer, I appreciated how honest, straightforward, and professional he was in discussing my options. Although Island Fender wasn't able to assist with my particular situation, Matt took the time to provide helpful recommendations and guidance. Communication was excellent, and I was able to get an estimate appointment quickly. I would definitely recommend them based on their customer service.
My 2016 Tacoma went to the body shop for an insurance claim. Not only did they do an amazing job in the repairs, the point person on the claim from Island Fender , also found a TSB for recall repairs. Along with when I picked up my Truck when it was ready. My truck was amazingly clean and the inside was looking brand new. I gave Sammy the biggest hug. It was a wonderful surprise to see the work and also the time and effort. I will forever go to this shop if I need to for any other body work repairs.
Island Fender did excellent work on my car door and mirror. They kept me informed with all estimates delivery dates and changes as needed. They delivered as promised. They also happily made an adjustment when I needed to bring it in the next day after receiving it and apologized for me having to come back.
I just have to say Thank you Island fender for the amazing and fast quality work you guys did on my BMW. If you guys are reading my review wonder if this is a good shop? Let me just say their customer service was excellent and professionalism is a 10/10. They help me throughout my whole rental and updates about what’s happening to my car. 10/10 recommend this place.
