I’ve been a patient here for several years. My experience over the last 2 months has been extremely frustrating and disappointing. Last month, I scheduled an annual check up appointment for today, October 18th. Last week on October 11th, I received an automated phone call, email, and text from the office explaining that Dr.Kanellopolous will “be exclusively signature MD concierge services”, that you have to sign up for his healthcare program to continue seeing him, and that any appointments have been cancelled. I recently visited an open house event with island family health. It was Pico and Prosecco. In this event I learned about several cosmetic produces that can help with wrinkle reduction and sunspots. They have lots of options available. They also have a nice skin care line to help with your daily needs. Rania was extremely helpful at letting me know what was available that they offer.
