My husband and I have both been seen here in the past, it was convenient and Dr. Howard is a very good doctor, extremely thorough and he does take his time. So I stopped in a month ago because I woke up with a lot of pain and swelling in my arm. I was unable to use my hand or move my fingers because the pain and swelling was so bad. I waited for awhile and then was called up to the desk. The receptionist informed me that I could be seen, but would have to pay "up front" because they no longer carry my insurance. What??
