I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Island ENT and Dr. Michael Clark’s office. The way I was treated by the office staff was, in my experience, extraordinarily rude and unprofessional. My first issue was with the receptionist, Nicole, whom I felt treated me very rudely. I then spoke with the office manager, Heather, who told me she was the doctor’s wife and the office manager.
