Walk in...the lights are off, no staff in the main store, pharmacist and pharmacy staff ignore you. Stay away.

Dec 8, 2023 update. Needing a refill of a compounded medication. Attempts to refill failed. 1st attempt to reach a human on the phone ended in disconnect after more than 35 min on hold. Finally got through when they told me they can not currently do compounding. They said they had informed me a week ago. They had NOT. Now I'm out and scrambling for a new compounding pharmacy. By far one of the worst pharmacies ever. Before covid they were amazing they were communicated very well. The pharmacy people as people are very nice. Respectful and kind and try their best. But the management or however, the company is running their department is absolutely disgusting and horrible. They will tell you something on the phone. Tell you to come pick it up, you go to pick it up and nothing is ready and they can't find anything. Other major pharmacies in Oak Harbor wouldn't provide a walk in flu shot. They required an appointment which was 2 weeks out. The pharmacist at Island Drug, though incredibly busy, made time. Granted, I had to wait a half hour, but she didn’t send me away and was wonderful to talk with.
