I've been a patient of Island doctors since 2016 when I moved to Palm Coast from New York. I moved to Gainesville and saw Tiffany Nelson from most of the time and then saw Dr Seagel twice because they have changed Technologies they have no understanding of all my records from previous 10 years or even the last 3 months. I just saw him this morning and he seemed unconcerned about all my liver all of the issues that I've been dealing with since June. Called for help normally seen in another local office they run and was met with complete indifference and attitude. Was hung up on the 1st attempt the 2nd attempt was given attitude. AVOID THESE PEOPLE IM LOOKING FOR A NEW PRIMARY CARE PROVIDER
Very caring employees. Easy to make schedule change. They are very helpful in setting up appointments at a time that is convenient for me. Doctors and nurses answer all my questions. No one seems to rush through appointments.
