Lousy office.My wife and I went there and doctor ignored reason there as my wife had a severe arm elbow injury and doctor didnt put anything in her notes about injury. SO appointment was total waste as she needed referral to orthopedic. Worst experience ever. I cannot recommend this location at all. So disappointed 4982 Palmcoast location
Very happy with my services at Island Doctors at 4982 Palm Coast Pkwy NW, Palm Coast. Staff, Maria n Christina always helpful, supportive, tolerant with their patients displaying positive attitudes. Dr Taveras is very thorough and caring making me feel like he is truly concerned about my health.
Very professional, friendly, and courteous. Great doctor, nurse and staff. Wait time is minimal, the staff is very helpful and patient answering questions or concerns.
Dr. Tavares was very nice and listened to my concerns.
