I made my appointment through Zocdoc because I had trouble getting through to the office. Arrived early for my appointment only to be told by that they had no idea who/what zocdoc was and that it was probably a scam. Did not offer to check it out, although I showed the receptionist my confirmation and reminder texts showing their office information, etc. Very poor experience with the "first impression" they made on me. Will change my PCP.
Dr. Dahlia Fernandez is GREAT. The problem is the office staff. They make many mistakes especially sending prescription requests to the wrong pharmacy repeatedly and lying when caught. Really unprofessional.
I really don't think any of the people that work there know what's going on they lose records they write prescriptions inaccurately and they don't keep a doctor long enough to get familiar with you and I even have to question whether the doctor's or physician's assistants you are a subpar medical facility which does not address the individual's concerns
Yeah! They finally got a permanent doctor. Dr Dalia Fernandez is very nice and I really like her. Now the problem area the Front Desk. After seeing the Dr I asked the Front Desk to contact my Pharmacy Champ Va. so I can get my refills renewed. Well I waited a few days no one called me back to tell me anything. So I had to call, Tracy ( I was told she was the office manager by someone else) answered and I told her my scrips haven't been renewed yet, did they contact Champ Va. Record keeping is horrible. Husband called to reschedule his appt due to upcoming surgery. Natasha (again) said he did not have a scheduled appt. This is the 2nd time she has messed up his appts. She wrote it out on a card but never entered it in the system. Also, they have a huge turnover of Dr's.
