doc is good. office staff is very incompetent, disorganized . they will tell you on the phone that they will call you back (about a truly important matter or the doctor will call you back), it is all lies. no one will call and you will have no referral or info about what is going on. I am right now chasing the Doc to her other office to find out what is going on and will be puttin in a complaint with the department of Health consumer services, etc as soon as i can. so far, i can not find out who is the office ... read more
