5 years a patient. Went to have my leg pain and swelling looked at. Jennifer (PA) examined me and scheduled a sonogram out of concern for a blood clot. I was advised someone would call and communicate results. Got no calls on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. Called office 3 times on Monday to find out results. No one had reviewed the results.
