This is the best medical place in Gainesville. Hannah is a great receptionist. She has everything well. And it’s a five star because I know what medical is like cause I’m a physical therapist and a personal trainer and a certified Pilates instructor and a certified athletic trainer.
They canceled my husband appointment never called 24 minutes drive for nothing then when I asking why they didn't call just say o we just find out i felt after ignoring me cus i was asking questions she just brush me of 🤦♀️ no wonder my dad left
The staff took the time to listen to my concerns. They addressed them promptly.
