The entire team at Island Direct has been such a blessing to me and my kids! I have a lot of past medical trauma and have never truly felt heard, and this is one of the many things they excel at. Not just health care but family! The staff takes the time to listen to concerns while allowing me as the patient to have input and the time to discuss care that is right for me.
