i was scheduled for a procedure (hemwell prep) and after i prepped and went there for the procedure, it was cancelled not once but TWICE because "the machine was not working". before the second procedure was scheduled, i even called the office to verify it wad working and they said it was! now i have prepped twice, wasted money and time on the prep, and i have nothing to show for it. colonoscopies are fine here, but beyond that find somewhere else!!
Rude and disorganized. 90 minutes waiting after appointment time. No communication.
Staff is super friendly! The office is run like a well oiled machine, but I always felt cared for and safe. I'll never go anywhere else.
This office has a horrible track record for those driving a patient. You need to show up with the patient & then expected to wait outside the building for over 2 hours. No use of the bathroom & waiting in 90° degree plus weather. Are we back in 2020 & scared of Covid. Absolutely ridiculous, never coming back nor any friends or family members.
