Staff is super friendly! The office is run like a well oiled machine, but I always felt cared for and safe. I'll never go anywhere else.
This office has a horrible track record for those driving a patient. You need to show up with the patient & then expected to wait outside the building for over 2 hours. No use of the bathroom & waiting in 90° degree plus weather. Are we back in 2020 & scared of Covid. Absolutely ridiculous, never coming back nor any friends or family members.
These people won't let your ride use the bathroom and they kick them outside to wait in the car, even after they said they didn't kick her out. Their excuse was that there aren't enough chairs in the waiting room. There were 20 empty seats there when I went. I guess nobody called them out on their BS. She seemed very shocked when i said that they kicked her out, then denied kicking her out. You have to go thru the procedure all alone.
