This office did an absolutely horrible job of "managing" my property in Brunswick. Over the course of a year, the tenants trashed my house, lost $2,100 in deposit money and paid $400 more toward damages. Despite this, and the fact that the lease held them accountable, I was still left with hundreds of dollars worth of outstanding damages.
