I recently tried my first oysters and fell in love. (It only took me 53 years to get up the nerve to try one ) Now I crave them! I bought myself a "shucking" kit for my birthday and when an ad for oysters from Island Creek showed up on my facebook page I couldn't resist and ordered 3 doz. all for me! They arrived today and not only did the shipment include a handwritten note that said, " Enjoy Derby Day" but also included a supply of fresh mint for Mint Juleps! Nice touch!
