As truckers we eat alot of truck stop food. When possible we order delivery. We passed by this food truck and che ked menu on line. made our way there. Truck stop right around the corner. 2 minute walk. Ordered jerk chicken, rice,cabbage. Wife had Rasta Pasta w/ shrimp. Waited bout 20 minutes or so. Food was delicious. The Rasta Pasta was over the top sir! Food trucks like this back home turn into family diners. We get a run back down here we be stopping in.

Food was fantastic! I got oxtail and my son got pasta, both were amazing. However I would recommend the owner switching to compostable boxes bc hot food is not suitable for styrofoam, it burns the styrofoam and it leached on your food. My styrofoam lid was actually bit burned. I highly recommend food truck owners to use compostable boxes bc they’re healthy.
