Interesting and Informative!! The Island County Museum is a great place to start any vacation on Whidbey Island. You can learn a lot about the Island's original settlers, the American Indians,as well as the European settlers who arrived by sea. Coupeville is a town that was settled by numerous sea captains in 1853,and is the second oldest town in the state of Washington. If you take the time to read the material and to really look at the exhibits, you will find your time well spent and informative. Check it out!!
