I would give zero stars if I could. Stay far away from this company and Bill Majewski. I found him to be incredibly untrustworthy. He talks a big game and does not deliver. And also do know that he does not hold the General Contractor's license. His wife does, and I never met her. I had to stop the project (that barely started as he did not complete the permit process), work with the city of Dunedin to close out the skeleton of a permit application, and Bill withheld $4,000 or our $8,000 initial draw without providing any ve... read more
