Great customer service. I bought a graphics card and case for my gaming comp. That day my comp wouldnt start. I came by the next day and told the guys what was happening with my comp. He took a look and in 15 min had it up and running. Thanks again, Ollie Ollie

These guys have been good to us. They have worked on all of our business (Howard RV Center) and personal computers for the past 3-4 years. They are difficult to get to come out to your place. I would recommend packing your machine up and taking it there. Once there, they are quite quick and get the job done at a fair price.

Very poor customer service - We made an appointment for in home service. The tech was late, called to push back the appointment then never showed. They compounded this complete lack on concern for the customer by not returning our calls to find out what happened...

I originally called another repair shop that I had been to before, but their past questionable service and rude receptionist made me change my mind. At the last minute, I called Island Computers. Their receptionist was very nice. They took my desktop that day. The next day, they called me to tell me it was a failing harddrive and that I could pick up my computer that afternoon. They installed a new harddrive with all my old harddrives data. Not only did I get my computer back in 24 hours, but it was at a reasonable price. Wh... read more
