We have been at the practice for 14 years. During the past two annual visits they charges us for a depression screening. Last year I was charged because I filled out the survey. The office staff laugh at me when I said "I got charged for doing the job of your medical staff?". This year i did not fill out the survey and was still charged. I can not get anyone from the office to respond to my question via the phone or patient portal. I dont mind paying for services that I receive but in this case I didnt receive the service.... read more

I am writing in regards to the horrible horrible horrible phone call that I had to deal with when calling to have a nurse call me back. My baby is breathing way too fast and has a fever of 100.8 I called to speak to a nurse. The representative that answered my call has 1 time before today answered and was very rude and unprofessional but that time I didn’t care too much and let it go.
