The best I live at island club almost 2 years now and it has been so Amazon living here the staff is very nice and friendly the maintenance staff are very nice and friendly and is always on top of anything that goes wrong in the apartment. I never had an issue living here. I would give it 10/10 stars.
The best!! Island Club apartments are the best place to live. It is quiet, clean and has wonderful amenities and community gatherings. Cindy is FABULOUS. She puts so much work into making sure the apartments are well maintained. She treats her renters like family. If you are looking for a place to rent, move here!
Beyond my expectations! If I could give this property 10 stars I would! The staff are amazing, helpful, caring, and very passionate about there residents. The pool and fitness center is very clean! If you have any concerns at all Cindy and her staff are on it ASAP! Definitely, if you are looking for a great place to live check this property out! :)
Overall Amazing Experience! As someone who has lived around the word, I have to say that this is one of the best places to stay by far. With such a lively and welcoming community built around it and a impressive management actively hosting small events to bring the people of this neighborhood together, it’s hard not to want to stay here. The Best Team Cindy and her team do such a great job. They are always there to help if I need anything. There has not been a day that has gone by since I’ve been here (2 years) where they have not smiled and waved or stopped to have a quick chat as I pass by them. They are so pleasant to be around. I couldn’t have asked for a better team at this property

Home My history with Island club started in college and then I moved back in 2018 with my then fiancé, whom is now my husband. We have lived here ever since and have created a beautiful life and family living here at Island Club, especially welcoming the birth of our son. I am so grateful for this quiet, safe and well taken care of community. A place to call home! Quiet neighborhood. The staff here now is super tenant focused. Apartments are well maintained and staff is on point with any issues that occur. Cindy goes above to ensure everything is safe and friendly. The ever colorful and always Amber is a nice addition to the office. New management is awful All the good reviews on this place are from when Crystal was the property manager. She was wonderful and made this community a comfortable and enjoyable place to live. Debbie is the new manager and she has ruined this community. She is rude, she complains about any tenant with dogs or children, and has put in a million rules. Great place to live! I have lived in Island Club for Just over 8 months and have 0 complaints about anything. It is so quiet and convenient to everywhere. Crystal and Shelby in the office are so helpful and sweet. Maintenance men are professional and courteous, respond within 24 hours.
