My boyfriend and I lived here for 3 years and we had a great time, we’re going to miss it a lot. Sherril is the absolute best, it was always a delight when she’d help us with whatever we’d need. I don’t think I’ve had anyone as friendly as her in any rental I’ve had before. We had a really nice, spacious unit. Maintenance had some understaffing issues, so it was hard sometimes getting immediate help, but when they’d come in everything would go over well. I absolutely loved living here! The apartment is spacious, and beautifully maintained. The location is perfect — close to shops, restaurants, and public transit, yet still peaceful and quiet. The management team is outstanding: Blanca, Tina, and Sheril are friendly, responsive, and always willing to go the extra mile to make sure residents feel at home. I have lived in this community for 11 years and it has been the best place I've ever lived. Tina, Cheryl, and Blanca are the BEST office staff! They always greet me with a smile in person or a friendly voice on the phone. They quickly respond to any questions or concerns I may have. The maintenance crew, especially Reaves and Chris, always take care of whatever may need fixing and they are very friendly and respectful. If you're looking for a quiet, welcoming community, this is your place!

This apartment complex is just a scam! I called 4 times trying to schedule in-person tour as my family is very interested in this community,well was. Each time I called I was told that they have nothing available no show and left my phone number with two ladies so they call me when there is something available. Of course, no one ever called me back so i called again after i saw on their portal that they have 4 units available to move in now.
