Saw the horrible onlines reviews, decided to give it a try anyway because we were interested in a used truck they had. We couldn't reach a deal so we left without the truck. Over the next few days my husband and the salesperson went back and forth and reached a deal agreed on by the gm. I called the Jeep Service desk for info before making an appointment. Not only was the woman who answered the phone rude, but her accent was difficult to understand. There was a point when I was put on hold and disconnected. I took my business elsewhere.
