Really poor customer service and bad management. Booked my appointment it was all good for first visit but the second visit i was little late but i did show up and they said they will reschedule my appointment and i said ok and when i left i see they charged me for no show. Really bad company policy whoever is managing better fix your internal problems. Jennifer is friendly, professional, and highly capable. I was somewhat apprehensive about seeing a chiropractor, as i watched too many chiropractic videos with added sound effects. Jennifer explained everything to me before hand eliminating my worries. I would recommend going to see her to get adjusted. 🫡🇨🇦
I was on the 13th day of a 15-day cruise and desperately needed an adjustment. This was the first place I called and they welcomed me to come down. It’s about 3.5 kilometers from the port, so I grabbed a taxi and headed there. Glennis met me in the hall and escorted me to the office.
