I was a good tenant and I made the mistake to sign an extension with him while i was deployed and he took advantage to take as much money as he can. I paid my extension all the payments and he still kept my security deposit with no damadges reported. He is a former sheriff from California who knows the laws very well and thinks its okay to steal from me while deployed.
