renter beware. He will use the lease and laws to his advantage. He is unethical business. I was a good tenant and I made the mistake to sign an extension with him while i was deployed and he took advantage to take as much money as he can. I paid my extension all the payments and he still kept my security deposit with no damadges reported. He is a former sheriff from California who knows the laws very well and thinks its okay to steal from me while deployed.

New 5 Star Review: "Anita was fantastic to work with. She always made herself available for us and helped with all of the problems that came up during the process. This was our first home purchase and Anita did her absolute best to make it easy and smooth for us when any came up (which were alot but none were her fault and she helped solve them all). Would definitely recommend her to anyone looking for a home."
