Bad experience! Office lady is extremely rude! I called to notify them that they had killed parts of my turf with weed killer and damaged the side of our new home with an edger. The service starts of good than month after month it just went down hill. Don't waste your 200 a month with this company!
Horrible experience. Used their services for just over a year and provided them with ample opportunity to correct problems. Within the first few months the crew would be smoking while working on our property and they damaged our home twice by running the mower into the house and knocking off stucco. They did repair the damage caused both times and stopped smoking while working so we decided to stay with them. Beware!!!! Set up service with Island Breeze and the crew spent 55min on the first visit, and then less than 25mins for the next two visits. It's important to note that my schedule is every two weeks and I do not have a small yard. Needless to say there were shrubs that went untouched for over a month and grass in certain areas that were not trimmed. They worked a little less than a year ....manager who is very professional convinced me that they'll be good but the crew did the best job the first week and the rest was a stuggle....lacking in impeccable work the lady at the office is very unprofessional and rude ... and that rude behavior made me cancel the services . NOT RECOMMENDED !!
