Nice quiet neighborhood
Great apts for a budget, but terrible maintenance and management. Rent increases(sometimes without notification which is illegal) without repairs. If you're late, they'll put an eviction notice up, but take months sometimes years to fix stuff. The manager/owner "S" placates taking maintenance orders, but doesn't do anything but collect money and makes sure the outside looks nice so you can perceive that their on top of their business.
