Island BrainWorks aided me in many practices at home especially mediation. I don't even know where to start, I worked with both Terry and Joanna and they were so professional and made me feel comfortable from the get go. Through my intensive sessions I really learned to recognize when I was in fight or flight mode and how to release that. I learned so much about what my "normal" was for stress and relaxation and cannot express how helpful these sessions were. Thank you guys! If I could give them 10 stars I would!
